Arizona native Brooke Harte was once an extremely introverted and shy person. In her younger years, she enjoyed playing piano and singing but she was much too timid to play music in front of an audience. Regardless, her passion for music thrived. She enjoyed piano lessons and spent many hours alone listening and singing along to her favorite CDs and iPod tracks. Throughout adolescence and into young adulthood, Brooke began to experience severe symptoms of chronic illness which led to a decline in her physical and mental health. 

In this painful valley, music was a constant source of comfort. As much as she loved music, and the solace found in singing, she believed that her health struggles & stage fright would never allow her to sing in front of a crowd. Little did she know, God had big plans!

During an intense period of physical and mental suffering the Lord saw fit to draw Brooke to Himself and grant her true saving faith in Jesus. After she experienced the hope, peace and freedom found in her new relationship with Christ, it became apparent to Brooke, that as a Christian she was called to use her gifts to serve the Lord.

 Despite her own fears, the Lord slowly began to soften Brooke’s heart towards the idea of serving God through music. Eventually, the call on her life became so strong that Brooke took a leap of faith and left her college path to pursue a career in Christian music. Then she marveled as God opened doors, released her from anxiety and helped her manage her health conditions so she could use her musical gifts for His glory.
